Terms & Conditions

Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Bexley Installations Ltd. By engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.

Quotations
All quotations provided by Bexley Installations Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any variations or additional work not included in the original quotation will be subject to additional charges.

Payment Terms
A deposit may be required prior to commencing work, as specified in your contract. Full payment is due upon completion of the project unless otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your contract. Late payments may incur an interest charge of 2% per month on any outstanding balance.

Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the agreed start date, a cancellation fee may apply. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Workmanship Guarantee
Bexley Installations Ltd guarantees its workmanship for a period of 12 months from the completion date. This warranty covers faults due to workmanship but does not include damage caused by misuse, wear and tear, or external factors beyond our control.

Materials
All materials supplied by Bexley Installations Ltd will be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Warranties on materials will be provided as per the manufacturer’s terms.

Liability
Bexley Installations Ltd is not responsible for delays or damages caused by factors outside of our control, including, but not limited to, supplier delays, inclement weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

Health & Safety
We adhere to all health and safety regulations. The client is responsible for ensuring the workspace is safe and accessible. Any risks or hazards must be communicated prior to the commencement of work.

Access to Property
The client must provide reasonable access to the property during the agreed working hours. Any delays caused by the inability to access the site may result in additional charges.

Privacy Policy
We take your privacy seriously. Personal information collected during the course of our work will be used only for project-related communication and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action. If mediation is unsuccessful, legal proceedings will be conducted under the jurisdiction of UK law.

Amendments to Terms
Bexley Installations Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated in writing before they take effect.
